Consulting Food Industry
I advise companies in the food industry as well as mechanical and plant engineering companies on the development, optimization, and implementation of processes for the production of protein and starch concentrates from pulses.
I combine knowledge of process engineering and mechanical engineering to make existing processes more efficient and develop new processes for innovative product solutions. My focus is on holistic process management, the design of suitable plants and machines, and the integration of modern control and automation systems to ensure high product quality and cost-effective production processes.
Consulting Automation Technology
In cooperation with my Turkish partner INDAS Industrial Automation and Software, we support European mechanical and plant engineering companies in the technical implementation and integration of automation projects in Turkey, North Africa, the Middle East, Turkmenistan, and other Central Asian markets.
INDAS handles the complete implementation of the electrical infrastructure – from planning, design, and manufacturing of control cabinets to on-site installation and cabling. INDAS also delivers customized automation solutions, including PLC programming, visualization, and process control, to ensure efficient and reliable plant performance.
Consulting Mixing technology
In collaboration with my partner, Zanelli S.p.A. from Parma, Italy, we offer technically sophisticated solutions for demanding mixing processes – from the concept phase through plant design to commissioning.
I support companies in the planning and implementation of projects in the field of industrial mixing technology. The technical focus is on processes in which solids are dispersed in liquids to create suspensions with defined properties. I have particular expertise in handling systems that produce suspensions of medium to high viscosity. These require adapted process control and the use of specialized mixing units, such as multi-shaft or planetary mixers, to ensure homogeneous product quality.

I advise small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing industry on the development, revision, and implementation of their corporate strategy. It is important to me to develop a forward-looking, tailored, and simple strategy that meets the requirements of the market, business partners, and shareholders.
Decades of experience in mechanical and plant engineering at a globally active, medium-sized German mechanical engineering company have led me to gain extensive knowledge in sales, marketing, development, design, production, service, IT, and finance.
